RESILIENCE STARTS HERE

Project Resilience 911 understands this world because we’ve lived it. We are peers, not outsiders — providing support that respects the culture, realities, and demands of public safety work.

When the Job Doesn’t End After the Shift

Public safety professionals are routinely exposed to traumatic events, placing them at increased risk for stress-related injuries and PTSD. Despite the impact of the work, many carry these struggles in silence, facing stigma and barriers to support — with rates of suicidal thoughts significantly higher than those seen in the general population.

We provide confidential, peer-led support, education, and resources designed specifically for public safety professionals. Our programs are grounded in lived experience and cultural awareness, ensuring support feels safe, relevant, and effective.
